Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery. Due to the nature of our products, please be aware that we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. We ask that you please select your products carefully. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Orders are entered into our system 12 hours after your order, and processing begins. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be canceled.

Ordered by mistake? No problem. Email support@omakazi.com within 12 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
