Placing Orders

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays). 
  • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • Standard Shipping orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped out of our warehouse by the next business day

    Your order number & a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You can check on the status of your order by logging into your Account or by clicking here

    Please note that Omakazi.com currently does not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

     

    Customer Responsibility

    It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update the shipping address will be processed.  If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse. 

    LOST / MISSING:
    Omakazi Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. It is the customer's responsibility to manage shipment delivery. Please arrange for your carrier to hold your package until you can pick it up if you will not be home during delivery. 


    DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:
    You must contact us within 7 days from the date it was delivered!
    We will replace damaged orders. Please email support@omakazi.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the damaged item.

     

    How We Calculate Sales Tax

    Omakazi.com is required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. Taxes apply to most merchandise, but some states exclude certain items, like food products. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Your final order will include the appropriate state and local taxes.
